I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While I appreciated the friendly front desk staff and the helpfulness they showed, my experience was marred by issues like a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom and the lack of windows in my room. The location was good for backpackers, but it really showed its limitations in cleanliness and comfort.

My stay at Crystal Hotel was quite a delightful experience! Located conveniently near the Backpacker area and Ben Thanh market, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, but breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, considering the reasonable price, this hotel delivers great value for money.
